Applicable Scenarios

This service is suitable for situations such as frost or ice buildup on the air conditioner evaporator or connecting pipes, a gradual reduction in airflow, or a decline in cooling performance after the unit has been running for a period of time.

Service Notes

Ice buildup can stem from various causes and cannot be resolved simply by topping up the refrigerant. If significant icing is observed, stop the cooling operation and allow the unit to thaw naturally in accordance with safety guidelines; do not attempt to break the ice or forcibly disassemble any components. If the issue is accompanied by abnormal noise or electrical problems, cease use of the unit immediately and arrange for a professional inspection.
