Description
Service Scope
– Inspect the condition of the indoor unit’s outer casing, front panel, and visible clips/fasteners.
– Troubleshoot issues such as loose panels, improper closure, or minor rattling/clattering sounds during operation.
– Clean the panel connection areas to remove dust or debris that may interfere with proper assembly.
– Adjust or repair clips, fasteners, and panel connection points where feasible.
– Assess whether any damaged outer casings or decorative panels require replacement.
– Verify proper panel closure, secure attachment, and overall equipment operation upon completion.
Applicable Scenarios
Suitable for cases involving loose air conditioner panels, unusual noises at casing joints, filter access covers that fail to close correctly, or localized damage to the outer casing—provided the unit itself remains fully functional.
Service Limitations
The feasibility of repairing plastic casings depends on the location and extent of the damage. Repairs involving specialized casings, display panels, electronic display components, or internal structural damage will be quoted separately based on the specific model.
