Description
Service Scope
– Inspect the visible refrigerant piping and connection points between the indoor and outdoor units.
– Check for any visible deformation, external damage, or abnormal vibration in the piping.
– Examine accessible joints, insulation, and the security of pipe fixings.
– Assess the installation for potential connection irregularities or signs suggestive of a refrigerant leak.
– Secure any loose external components or fasteners.
– Document the inspection findings and provide recommendations for further leak detection or necessary piping repairs.
Applicable Scenarios
This service is suitable for situations such as post-installation verification of piping connections, addressing insecure pipe fixings or damaged external insulation, or investigating visible connection points when cooling performance issues arise.
Service Limitations
This service focuses on the visual inspection of piping, its securement, and its connection status; it does not constitute a comprehensive, professional leak test of the entire refrigeration system. Tasks such as refrigerant recovery, re-fabricating joints, welding, system evacuation (vacuuming), or replacing piping are not included and will be quoted separately based on specific equipment requirements.
