Description
Service Scope
– Inspect the integrity of the external insulation on the connecting pipes between the indoor and outdoor units.
– Identify areas where the insulation is cracked, aged, detached, or improperly wrapped.
– Check for the presence of condensation or water droplet accumulation on the surfaces of exposed pipes.
– Remove old, damaged insulation and measure the pipe sections requiring repair.
– Apply and secure new insulation material, selected to match the pipe diameter and operating environment.
– Verify the coverage of the repaired areas and provide recommendations for ongoing maintenance.
Applicable Scenarios
Suitable for situations where the insulation on air conditioner copper connecting pipes has aged, condensation has formed on the pipe surfaces, or the insulation has become detached or damaged.
Service Limitations
This service is limited to external insulation; it does not include welding of refrigerant lines, leak repairs, or the replacement of copper pipes. If corrosion, damage to the copper pipes, or a refrigerant leak is discovered, a separate service for the inspection and repair of the refrigeration system will be required.
