Description
Service Scope
– Check air conditioning mode, temperature settings, and fan speed settings.
– Measure temperatures at the air intake and air outlet to evaluate the temperature differential.
– Inspect air filters, the surface of the evaporator, and the heat dissipation conditions of the outdoor unit.
– Assess the operation of both indoor and outdoor units and identify common factors affecting cooling performance.
– Determine, based on inspection findings, whether further examination of the refrigeration system or electrical components is required.
– Provide repair recommendations and proceed with quoted repairs upon customer approval.
Applicable Scenarios
Suitable for situations such as slow cooling, insufficient cold air output, or failure to reach the set temperature even after the unit has been running for an extended period.
Service Coverage Notes
Poor cooling performance may be caused by issues such as clogs (dirt/debris), inadequate heat dissipation, sensor malfunctions, compressor problems, or refrigerant leaks. Refrigerant testing, leak repair, refrigerant replenishment, and parts replacement are not included in the base inspection fee.
